Alodia Gosiengfiao gets engaged with non-showbiz BF: ‘Perfect fit’

Alodia Gosiengfiao is now all set to tie the knot with her non-showbiz boyfriend, businessman Christopher Quimbo, who she sees as a “perfect fit” for her.
The cosplayer announced their engagement by showing moments from when Quimbo popped the questions, through a vlog on her YouTube channel yesterday, July 23.
“I guess I couldn’t imagine a life without him,” she said. “Everything’s just falling into place na parang hindi siya pilit, hindi nira-rush or something, parang napakaganda lang. It’s very pure.”

Gosiengfiao and Quimbo then recalled their first impression of each other and how their relationship started, with him revealing to her fans that he asked the cosplayer to be his girlfriend just within the first month they met.
“At the top of my head before, parang (it felt like) I couldn’t believe someone like him existed. Parang sobrang perfect fit, I guess — naiintindihan niya ako, naiintindihan ko siya,” she stated. (I guess [we are a] perfect fit — he understands me and I understand him.)
Gosiengfiao also thanked Quimbo for his existence as she spoke of her excitement of sharing their “next journey” together.
Gosiengfiao showed herself with Quimbo for the first time last April during their Palawan trip. The couple have since been seen on several instances together, including a beach trip, a museum date and a movie premiere in Los Angeles. JB
