WATCH: Herlene ‘Hipon Girl’ Budol graduates from college with tourism degree
Herlene Budol, also known as “Hipon Girl,” is now a degree holder after she finished her tourism management course and graduated from college.
The comedian and beauty pageant contestant treated fans to moments from the College of Saint John Paul II commencement ceremony, through her Instagram page yesterday, July 17. Budol wore a graduation toga and cap while holding a photo frame of her grandmother Nanay Bireng, who passed away due to kidney failure last month.
“To my Nanay Bireng [and] Tatay Oreng, you both are the priceless blessing in my life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without your inspiration [and] support,” she said.

“Thank you lord for all the blessings,” she stated.
