LOOK: Lucy Torres reminisces on memories with Ormoc Vice Mayor Leo Locsin Jr.
Actress and current Leyte 4th District Rep. Lucy Torres could not help but reminisce once again after unearthing an old photo, this time with Ormoc City Vice Mayor Leo Carmelo ‘Toto” Locsin Jr.
The nostalgic Torres shared an old photo of her and Locsin in which they dressed up as Cherokee Indians as part of the intramurals at St. Peter’s College. This she showed on Instagram Tuesday, Jan. 22.
It appears that the two have known each other ever since they were young, and were even classmates all throughout their elementary years.

“… I would often be the muse and he, always my escort,” she said about their friendship. “We went to each other’s birthday parties, we both grew up in Ormoc.”
Now that they are grownups, they work together side by side, with her as representative and him as vice mayor, to serve the people of Ormoc.
Locsin is currently seeking re-election as vice mayor of the area, along with running mate Richard Gomez—Torres’ husband—vying for the mayoralty of Ormoc.

In 2016, he and Gomez became the subject of social media buzz as they were dubbed “political hotties.” However, he said in an Inquirer article that despite his public post, he prefers to keep a low profile. /ra
