Rita Daniela is going to be a mom soon as she announced that she is pregnant with her first child in the GMA variety show “All-Out Sundays.”
The actress-singer revealed her pregnancy after her performance in the said show, as seen on GMA Network’s YouTube channel today, June 26. Aside from her announcement, Daniela also expressed her gratitude to the network for their support.
“I’m so happy and proud to say that I am soon to be a mother,” she said. “Wala naman po akong planong ilihim ito. Naghanap lang po ako ng tamang oras para sabihin and to share the new blessing in my life.”
(I had no plans of keeping [my pregnancy] secret. I was just looking for the perfect time to share the new blessing in my life.)
Daniela also showed her baby bump as well as the sonogram of her baby, via her Instagram page, also today.
“My child, you came just in time. You are God’s greatest gift to me. You give me hope to make more dreams COME true,” she stated. “I shall do anything and everything that’s best for you. Always.”
“I can’t wait to meet you, anak (my child). Ngayon pa lang, mahal na mahal na kita (This early, I already love you so much),” she added.

Daniela reportedly has a longtime non-showbiz boyfriend although the actress did not mention him in her announcements. Meanwhile, she recently starred in the TV series “Ang Dalawang Ikaw” with her onscreen love team partner Ken Chan. JB
