LOOK: Diego Loyzaga injured from basketball game in Cebu
Diego Loyzaga sustained a bruised eye after playing a basketball game in Cebu, which the actor poked fun at by calling it his “souvenir” from the game.
Loyzaga gave fans an update on his injury through his Instagram Stories yesterday, April 10. The actor also exhibited sportsmanship by complimenting his opponents despite him getting hurt.
“My souvenir from the other [day’s] basketball game. It’s all good and all part of the game,” the actor said. “Props sa kalaban namin, ang gagaling niyo (Props to our opponents, you all are so good). I had a blast, Cebu. Till next time.”
Loyzaga then pointed out that he has no hard feelings towards the player who caused his injury and even commended him for his basketball skills.
“The guy who hit me said sorry a million times so [there’s] no drama whatsoever! Nice crossover man!” he added.

The names represent the tandem of presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and his running mate Sara Duterte-Carpio. Loyzaga also gave a glimpse of a mall show he had in Pampanga.

Meanwhile, Loyzaga is starring in the thriller film “Greed” along with Nadine Lustre and Epy Quizon. The film was directed by Yam Laranas and was released on April 8 via the streaming service Vivamax. JB
