James Reid teases collab with GOT7’s Jay B, rapper ØZI for ‘Hello 2.0’

James Reid is joining forces with Jay B of the K-pop group GOT7 and Taiwanese-American rapper ØZI for a new project, “Hello 2.0: Legends Only.”
The actor-singer’s record label Careless released a teaser video showing Reid in a video chat with Jay B and ØZI, on its Instagram page yesterday, Feb. 25. The trio then greet each other as Reid’s song “Hello” plays in the background.
The words “Hello 2.0: Legends Only” are then bannered, apparently teasing a new version of Reid’s upbeat track that was first released in June last year.
“Zooming in with [Jay B] and [ØZI]. Legends only,” Careless stated.
Reid’s collaborative project with Jay B and ØZI will be released on March 11.

The three artists’ collaboration comes about a week after Reid was sent off by his family to Los Angeles to visit his family and hold recording sessions. Reid arrived in L.A. last Feb. 17 and was then spotted at a party with rapper Dumbfoundead last Feb. 20.
Reid’s label Transparent Arts, which he joined in October 2020, is also based in L.A. Other artists handled by the company are Dumbfoundead, Far East Movement and Tiffany Young. /ra
