Tom Holland, Zendaya buy their first home together in UK—report
Tom Holland and his “Spider-Man” co-star Zendaya appear to be taking the next step in their relationship as they have reportedly bought their first home together in the United Kingdom.
The “Spider-Man” stars have bought a new property in Richmond, South West London, as per Daily Mirror via Marie Claire last Monday, Feb. 7.
The home is said to be worth £3 million (around P200 million) and renovations will cost about £250,000 (P17 million).
The Britain home will include a gym and cinema. It is about four miles away from Kingston upon Thames, where the British actor grew up.
“They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together,” a source was quoted as saying. “They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them.”

Holland and Zendaya started dating back in 2017 following the release of “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” as per reports.
The two, however, have never directly confirmed dating rumors until they were spotted kissing in a car in July last year. The actor also called Zendaya “my MJ” when he greeted her on her birthday last September 2021. Dana Cruz/RA
