Winwyn Marquez gave fans a glimpse of her baby bump, a week after she confirmed her pregnancy to the public.

Marquez shared some words of encouragement in a Christmas Eve greeting while showing a photo of her and her growing belly, as seen on her Instagram page yesterday, Dec. 24.

“A lot has happened lately.. from the pandemic to natural disasters and so much more but at least for one day we get a boost of hope that we so dearly need,” she said. “It might not be okay in an instant and might take a while but we must stay optimistic…”

Marquez matched the festivity of the season with a red halter dress while gently cradling her baby bump as she posed for a photo.

“Let’s hold on to our faith and pray that everything will be alright,” the actress said.

Marquez recently announced that she and her non-showbiz partner are expecting their first child. Her parents, Alma Moreno and Joey Marquez, were seen being emotional after she showed a copy of her sonogram in a vlog posted on her YouTube page last Saturday, Dec. 18.  /ra
