KaladKaren mum when asked about rumored split with husband

KaladKaren is seemingly not ready yet to publicly speak about the status of her marriage with Luke Wrightson, as she opted to remain silent when asked about the split rumors hounding them.
KaladKaren, or Jervi Wrightson, did not immediately utter a word after her fellow news anchor Julius Babao brought up the matter on-air, on “Frontline Pilipinas” on Thursday, Feb. 27.
“May isa pa tayong nababalitaan. Gaano ka-totoo ba, Jervi, na kayo ay hiwalay na raw ni Luke?” Babao asked her during the outro. (We also heard another news. Jervi, how true are the rumors that you and Luke have already separated?)
The actress-TV anchor opened her mouth, seemingly about to say something, but then she just smiled and looked at her fellow anchors.
Babao then jokingly asked their fellow anchor Denise Tan, who was standing beside KaladKaren, if she had something to say on the matter.
“Hintayin na lang natin ‘pag ready na siyang sumagot,” Tan said, pointing at KaladKaren who was laughing at Babao’s remark. (Let’s just wait for her response when she’s ready.)
Meanwhile, KaladKaren spoke about “growing” in her Instagram post on Thursday, Feb. 27.
“Keep watering yourself. You’re growing,” she said, showing a photo of herself donning a two-piece swimwear at a resort.

Speculations of marital problems between KaladKaren and Luke arose after eagle-eyed netizens earlier noticed that the pair’s wedding photos were seemingly removed from the actress-TV anchor’s Instagram page.
This was further fueled by KaladKaren’s TikTok video in which she lip-synched to a fan version of Ariana Grande’s “we can’t be friends,” which has the lyrics “I saw it coming I still cried/ I thought when you left you’d leave my mind.”
KaladKaren and Luke got married in the United Kingdom last September.
