Winwyn Marquez confirms she’s pregnant with first child; non-showbiz BF ecstatic

Winwyn Marquez has announced that she is expecting her first child with her non-showbiz partner after weeks of speculations that she is pregnant.
The actress and Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 titleholder told fans about her pregnancy in her YouTube vlog yesterday, Dec. 18. Marquez can be seen in a video call with her partner, whose face was hidden, cheering after she showed him a positive pregnancy test.
She also showed her parents, Alma Moreno and Joey Marquez, being emotional while she displayed to them a copy of her sonogram.
“Me and my partner, we’re both so happy. My family, everyone, super saya namin (we’re so happy),” Winwyn said. “We’re over the moon and I’m so excited for this part of our life and for this chapter to start.”
Winwyn is currently on leave from work because she was advised to rest for some time. She also admitted that while she knew about speculations that she is pregnant, she chose to keep quiet because she wanted to enjoy her pregnancy and share it with her family first.
Winwyn received congratulatory greetings from fellow celebrities, including Max Collins, Jackie Lou Blanco and EA Guzman.
Prior to announcing her pregnancy, Winwyn revealed that she is in a relationship with someone outside of showbiz via an exclusive interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal earlier this month. She refused to tell her partner’s identity and described the mystery man as a “very private person.” JB
