Kryz Uy, Slater Young expecting baby No. 2

Kryz Uy has revealed that she is pregnant with her second child with her husband, “Pinoy Big Brother” alum Slater Young.
The lifestyle vlogger announced that she is expecting another baby by showing herself taking a pregnancy test on her YouTube channel yesterday, Nov. 24. Uy took the pregnancy test last Oct. 4, which turned out positive.
“I’m [shocked] because Slater and I, we aren’t really planning to have a second kid,” she said. “I can’t find the right words, I’m laughing because Slater and I actually had a conversation earlier today and I said, ‘I think I am not pregnant because I’m getting all of these period cramps and period pains.’”
Uy also admitted that she is scared of having another baby amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“It’s still [a] pandemic. I’ll have two kids during a pandemic so I can’t really tell the difference, like how easy it would have been otherwise, but this is a completely different reaction to my first pregnancy discovery,” she added.
The vlogger then took a photo of herself with the pregnancy test and surprised Young with the good news.
“I kind of knew. Why would you give me a random thing with a camera?” Young told Uy as he showed the pregnancy test and photo to their son Scott.
Young and Uy tied the knot in a garden ceremony in Cebu back in 2019. The two had been longtime friends before they started dating. They welcomed their first child Scott amid the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020. /ra
