James Reid is once again selling his house, which is believed to be the one he shared with his ex-girlfriend Nadine Lustre. This is amid speculations that the actress is now dating someone new.

The actor announced that his house in Loyola Grand Villas in Katipunan, Quezon City is up for sale again by showing it on his Instagram page yesterday, Oct. 24.

Reid previously tried to sell the house in February last year, a month after he and Lustre confirmed their split.

FEATURED STORIES

While the actor did not indicate if the house was the one he used to live in with Lustre, its features suggest that it used to be the former couple’s home. Lustre’s Instagram account has displayed many portions of a house that looks similar to the one that is for sale, such as its balcony railing and chandelier.

“Edi binebenta nga ni James Reid yung bahay niya no. Pero ba’t parang si Nadine yung nakikita ko sa buong bahay,” one @hannahmayalonso asked.

Fans speculated that Lustre is now in a new relationship after she was reportedly spotted with a French man in Siargao Island. She was also seen holding hands with the same man earlier this month, though she is yet to confirm if the mystery person is indeed her new boyfriend.

After years of speculation about Reid and Lustre’s living arrangements, the actor confirmed in 2019 that he and Lustre were living together. The pair, formerly known as the love team JaDine, announced their breakup in January 2020, after three years of being a couple.

The two have since worked together for Lustre’s visual album “Wildest Dreams,” which was released under Reid’s label Careless. They have also been seen together with each other’s friends and family even after their split. JB
