WATCH: Korina Sanchez’s twins Pepe and Pilar can now say their names

Korina Sanchez oozed with pride as a mother as she celebrated her twins’ newest milestone.
The TV host’s 1-year-old children, Pepe and Pilar, could now speak their own names and state their age, as per Sanchez’s Instagram post yesterday, Aug. 26.
Sanchez said that she was away from home for a few weeks and when she came back days ago, her children surprised her with the exciting development.
When Sanchez asked her daughter what her name is, the baby girl immediately answered “Pilar!” The twins could also identify each other when the mom asked, “Where’s Pepe?”
After a few attempts to ask them about their age, the twins echoed each other in declaring they are 1 year old.

The twins are 55-year-old TV host’s first children with her husband Mar Roxas. Pepe and Pilar were conceived through gestational surrogacy.
Last February, the couple celebrated their children’s first birthday. The couple considers the birth of their children as “the beginning of the best times of our life.”
Since the quarantine began last March, Sanchez has adjusted to the new normal by including her kids to her virtual meetings at home.
“I think work, at least for me, has practically caught up since lockdown by 100%, even more,” the TV host said via Instagram last Tuesday, Aug. 25.
The mom said that she is trying to juggle and balance her work from home set up with her family bonding time.
“A balanced life is the #BestLife,” she added.

After ABS-CBN failed to acquire a fresh franchise last July, the “Rated K” host made headlines as she was questioned about transferring to another network. Sanchez urged fans to wait for the “next chapter” of her career, neither confirming nor denying the speculations.
Sanchez was one of the stars of the media giant who defended the network from naysayers while it was still applying for its franchise renewal in Congress. JB
