WATCH: Cruz cousins sing The Corrs’ ‘Breathless’

Music has helped bridge the distance between showbiz cousins Sunshine, Geneva, Sheryl and Donna Cruz.
The four collaborated virtually to make a cover of “Breathless” by the Corrs — incidentally a band with family ties too, as the four members are siblings. The Cruzes shared the performance on their individual Instagram accounts yesterday, June 14.

Each of them performed a stanza from the 2000s hit song and harmonized beautifully while being backed up by musicians on keyboard, guitar, bass and drums.
The cousins have been in the showbiz scene since childhood; their charisma and beauty have continued to shine over the years, even now that they are in their 40s.
Geneva described their collaboration as “25 years in the making” in an Instagram post last June 8, where she shared a throwback picture of them four on a magazine cover.
“This was the only time we were all together for work. The year was 1995,” she said.

Donna recalled that they had grown up watching their uncles and aunts singing in bands, which influenced them in blending their voices. JB
