Vice Ganda to sell preloved items; earnings to go to his scholars

Vice Ganda is set to hold a garage sale featuring his and his partner Ion Perez’s brand-new and preloved items, and the earnings from such will benefit the comedian’s scholars.

The TV host announced through his Facebook page that his “UNKABOGABLE garage sale” will be held from Thursday, March 27, to Sunday, March 30, in Diliman, Quezon City.

The items range from branded sneakers and high heels to shirts, pants, shorts, jackets, dresses, suits, gowns and costumes.

“I-check out at i-mine na ang brand new and pre-loved items ko at ni Ion with great selections of branded clothing and shoes!” Vice Ganda said.

“Proceeds of the garage sale will benefit Vice Ganda’s scholars,” a part of the announcement reads.

It can be noted that the TV host has been sending several students to school, some of whom were contestants on “It’s Showtime.”

“Ginawa din naman kasi sa akin ‘yon; tinulungan lang din naman ako. Kung nasasaan man ako, ‘di naman ito lahat dahil magaling ako,” Vice Ganda said. “Nandito ako dahil marami din namang tumulong sa akin and I acknowledge that.”

(I also experienced receiving help from others. Wherever I am now, it is not just because of my abilities. I am here because a lot of people helped me and I acknowledge that.)

“And now that I have the chance, I will be of help and of support also to those who are in need of it,” he added.
