Fans of Irish rock band The Script trooped to the Mall of Asia Arena last April 17 to witness the band perform songs from its new hit album “No Sound Without Silence” and other favorites.
The Script’s third concert in the country featured a main stage and a smaller stage where the band performed a mellow version of “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved “ and the love song “Never Seen Anything ‘Quite Like You.”
The band kicked off their performance with “Paint the Town Green” after performances from front acts Colton Avery and Silent Sanctuary. They ended with “Hall of Fame” from their 2012 album “3.”

The band also did a small skit when guitarist Mark Sheehan punched vocalist Danny O’Donoghue with boxing gloves signed by Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao.
O’Donoghue even performed among the crowd armed with an action camera.
The band promised their Filipino fans that it would not take them another three years to go back to the country.
