Jennylyn Mercado shows fitness progress 6 months after giving birth

Jennylyn Mercado wowed fans as she gave a glimpse of her fitness progress six months after she gave birth to Dylan, her child with actor husband Dennis Trillo.

The actress showed herself in an active wear on top of a pilates workout equipment, through her Instagram page today, Oct. 26.

“Work in progress,” she captioned her post, adding the hashtags “6 months postpartum” and “pilates.”

Mercado started getting back into shape over a month after she gave birth on April 25. At the time, she spoke about how she was determined to “make it through” her fitness journey despite it not being easy.

Meanwhile, Mercado and Trillo showed Dylan’s face to the public in June along with a documentation of the actress’ birthing journey.

Mercado and Trillo have been in a relationship for seven years when they got married in an intimate civil ceremony in November 2021. They first dated in 2010 but eventually broke up a year later. The couple then got back together in 2014. EDV
