Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo finally revealed their daughter’s face as well as her name by showing the actress’ birthing journey which happened last April 25.
The couple documented what was supposed to be their last pre-natal checkup but turned out to be Mercado’s birthing day, as seen in a vlog on the actress’ YouTube channel yesterday, June 20. Mercado’s doctor, who was featured in the video, disclosed that the actress’ due date was initially May 5.
Hours before the delivery, Mercado and Trillo can be seen comforting and checking up on each other, with the actor admitting that he was very nervous and was not ready yet. After the procedure, Trillo, who was both tensed and excited, waited for his wife and daughter to be released from the delivery room. Mercado and baby Dylan were discharged from the hospital after staying there for three days.
“Ngayon ang aming last day. Ready na kaming lahat for discharge at uuwi na kami. Excited na kami na makita ni Dylan ‘yung kwarto niya,” Trillo said, concluding the vlog.
(Today is our last day. We are all ready for discharge and we are going home. We are excited for Dylan to see her room.)
The couple announced last month that they had welcomed their first child together through a vlog which was supposed to be just a nursery room tour. Trillo then gave a first glimpse of baby Dylan’s face in his Mother’s Day appreciation post for Mercado. JB
