Cavill first appeared as Superman in the 2013 film “Man of Steel,” then starred as the character in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” (2016) and “Justice League” (2017).

Meanwhile, it appears Cavill is not the only member of the Justice League who will be making a comeback as Aquaman actor Jason Momoa earlier teased the return of Ben Affleck as Batman. Affleck also starred in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Justice League” alongside Cavill.  /ra
