Liza Diño welcomed actor Tirso Cruz III as the new Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) chairman, despite her receiving no “official communication” from the Office of the President about said appointment.

Cruz, who was among the appointed officials of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., earlier took oath as the new FDCP head at Malacañang Palace.
