WATCH: ‘She-Hulk’ channels anger, smashes fears in official trailer

Marvel has released the official trailer for its upcoming series “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” which features The Hulk’s cousin Jennifer Walters, portrayed by Canadian actress Tatiana Maslany.
Maslany plays a single, 30-something lawyer who eventually gains attention from the public because of her superpowers, as seen in the trailer released on Marvel Entertainment’s YouTube channel today, May 18. Bruce Banner (The Hulk), portrayed by Mark Ruffalo, helps her transform into a hulk by triggering her anger and fear in a laboratory.
Maslany dismisses the idea that she is a superhero after a friend suggested she “could be an Avenger.” She was then seen fighting villains alongside Banner.
“I’m not a superhero. That is for billionaires and narcissists and adult orphans, for some reason,” she says.
Aside from Maslany and Ruffalo, the nine-episode series will be featuring Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky (the Abomination), and Benedict Wong as Wong. The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry. The series, directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, will be up for streaming on Aug. 17 on Disney Plus. JB
