Actor Patrick Sugui and his girlfriend, Aeriel Garcia, are now engaged after being in a relationship for two years.
Garcia shared Sugui’s romantic proposal on her Instagram page yesterday, Dec. 29. The couple were in a dimly lit room while standing on flower petals that were lined with lit candles as the actor prepared to ask her to marry him.
“When I asked you to be my girlfriend, I told you na (that) I wasn’t just doing this to have a girlfriend,” Sugui said while Elton John’s “Your Song” played in the background.

“I was looking for someone that I can marry and can love for the rest of my life,” he told Garcia as they began tearing up. “And today, I want to fulfill that promise.”
