Ben&Ben tops Spotify list of most streamed artists in PH

Award-winning folk-pop band Ben&Ben claimed the No. 1 spot on Spotify’s most streamed artists list in the Philippines for 2020.

Following Ben&Ben on the list are renowned South Korean boy band BTS, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Blackpink. The nine-piece band also topped the most streamed group category in the country.

“[You] don’t get to # 1 without the hearts of people who lift you up and the stories that connect us all. [Thanks] for making us the 2020 Top Streaming Artist in the Philippines, on Spotify. [This] is for all of us,” Ben&Ben posted on Facebook yesterday, Dec. 1.

Ben&Ben’s album “Limasawa Street,” which was released this year, ranked third on the most streamed albums list in the Philippines.

“Limasawa Street” songs “Make It with You” and “Pagtingin,” meanwhile, ranked Nos. 2 and 3, respectively, on the most streamed local songs list.
