To kick off her birthday weekend, Ellie Eigenmann Ejercito had a celebration in school yesterday, Nov. 22, with her parents Andi Eigenmann and Jake Ejercito. She turns 8 today, Nov. 23.
Ellie shared her love of rainbows, unicorns, mermaids and island life through her two-tiered cake that featured those elements in pastel colors.

Joining the occasion was Ellie’s baby sister Lilo, Andi’s child with boyfriend Philmar Alipayo, as seen in Jake’s Instagram Stories.

Even if she has gotten more grown-up, Ellie’s dad lifted her up for a picture while Andi cradled Lilo.

Andi greeted her firstborn today with a heartwarming message on Instagram. “I will always be grateful for this little lady because she is my ultimate dream come true! The light of my life, and the reason I am where I am today.”

The actress also praised Ellie for being a responsible and caring big sister yesterday during their visit to Manila. She said on Instagram that they all had gone through a long day, and at night, 4-month-old Lilo was crying. “She chose to help take care of Lilo and soothe her even if she didn’t have to, and nobody asked her to. WHAT AN AMAZING BIG SIS,” she wrote.
Ellie spends time between Manila, where she studies and stays with dad Jake, and Siargao with her mom. /ra
