LOOK: Ogie, Regine instructed by their son Nate to count his savings

Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez may be two of the country’s top performers, but they never forget they are loving parents too to their son, Nate.
The singers looked really happy doing a favor for their unico hijo by counting his hard-earned savings, as seen in Velasquez’s Instagram post on Thursday.
“Kami ay napag utusang bilangin ang ipon ni Boo (We were tasked to count Boo’s savings),” Velasquez wrote in her post. Both Velasquez and Alcasid look focused counting the coins Nate (whom they endearingly call Boo) saved.

Despite the task, both showed they were willing to do anything for their boy—with some of their celebrity friends lauding them for their effort.
The Megastar Sharon Cuneta thought it was “cute,” adding she sees herself doing the same: “Ganyan na ganyan kami (That’s how we exactly do it)!”

Meanwhile, Vina Morales asked if his savings would go directly to the bank if they finished counting.

And even Alcasid’s ex-wife, Michelle van Eimeren, chimed in and commented: “That’s a lot of counting!”
