Gabby Concepcion hopeful Sharon Cuneta, KC Concepcion’s misunderstanding will be settled

Gabby Concepcion underscored that even if he does not know much about the supposed misunderstanding between his former wife, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, and their child, actress KC Concepcion, he is optimistic that the mother and daughter will eventually resolve it.

The veteran actor was asked about his sentiment on Cuneta and KC’s tiff during a recent interview with the press, as seen on “TV Patrol” on Wednesday, Oct. 11.

“Hindi ko nasusubaybayan but everything should be fine. Ano naman sila e, nagsama naman sila nang matagal. Nanay naman niya ‘yon and anak naman niya yon, so…,” Gabby said.

(I haven’t been updated [about their situation] but everything should be fine. They lived with each other for a long time, and they are mother and daughter, so…)

Gabby then looked forward to KC’s participation in his reunion concert with Cuneta, with the veteran actor saying that it would be an “emotional time” for the three of them.

The supposed misunderstanding between Cuneta and KC made headlines after the younger actress confirmed she unfollowed her stepdad Kiko Pangilinan and her sister Frankie Pangilinan for her “peace of mind.”

Despite this, Cuneta and KC have been expressing their love and support to each other via their respective social media pages.  /ra
