Sharon Cuneta fumes over remark she compares her kids with each other: ‘Wala kayong ginawa kundi manira’

Sharon Cuneta slammed a netizen who told her to “stop comparing” her children with each other, with the Megastar stressing that the public has no knowledge of what her family has been going through.
On her Instagram page on Tuesday, Oct. 10, the veteran actress-singer spoke of her love for her firstborn, actress KC Concepcion, while showing the latter’s handwritten letter for her mom when she was still a kid.
“My baby is never a second away from my heart, my thoughts. I miss her terribly. She’s all grown-up now but the images of her as a little girl are so deeply etched in my brain and will stay there until my last breath,” Cuneta wrote.
“I hope you are doing well, Cucai, Tuttut, Tutti, Toot, Kaycee-waysie,” she addressed her eldest daughter. “Mama loves you very much, always and forever, unconditionally, whatever happens. Remember that always.”

Cuneta’s post then drew a comment from one @bubontherun_ who told the Megastar, “Then stop comparing ng mga anak mo (your children with each other).”

An irked Cuneta replied, “For the record sa’yo at sa mga kasing kitid mo mag-isip—kayo ang nagpipilit na ikumpara ang mga anak ko, hindi ako. Tumigil na kayo at ‘di kayo nakakatulong.”
(For the record, you and those people as narrow-minded as you are the ones insisting that I’m comparing my children with each other. Stop it already because it doesn’t help us.)
The actress-singer further advised the netizen to stop chiming in on the Megastar and her children’s lives, noting that the latter does not know the whole story.
“Wala kayong halaga sa amin kahit na obviously gusto [niyo] maging mahalaga sa buhay namin nang wala naman kayong karapatan o ginawa kundi manira,” she added. “Buhay niyo asikasuhin niyo at wala kayo kaalam-alam sa pinagdadaanan namin ng matagal na.”
(You do not matter to us. Obviously, you want to be relevant in our lives but you don’t have the right, and you have done nothing but to turn us against each other. Fix your own lives. You know nothing about what our family has been going through.)

KC, the daughter of Cuneta with her former husband Gabby Concepcion, earlier unfollowed her stepdad Kiko Pangilinan and her sister Frankie Pangilinan, saying it was for her “peace of mind.”
Despite this, KC said she believes they have “enough love” to overcome this hurdle in their family. /ra
