Layover” contains six songs, “Rainy Days,” “Blue,” “Love Me Again,” “Slow Dancing,” “For Us” including a bonus track which is a piano version of “Slow Dancing.”

According to BigHit Music, the album’s title directly signifies a period of time when a traveler stops at an intermediate location to rest before continuing to the final destination, which is something V resonates deeply with. “I’ve always been very flashy on stage, but this time I tried hard to show you my true colors by stripping away the flashy elements.”

Accompanying the release of the album is a music video of the title track “Slow Dancing,” which is now available for streaming on YouTube. V tells in the video released to the media that ARMYs would love “Slow Dancing” the most.
