Jhong Hilario didn’t allow his busy schedule to get in the way of his studies as he graduated magna cum laude from Arellano University.
The dancer-host’s graduation was reported by TV Patrol Wednesday night, saying the 46-year-old actor-politician finished his Political Science degree from the institution. On top of his career in show business, Hilario is also a councilor of Makati City.
The report also showed the toga-clad Hilario receiving his diploma from the school’s executives at what seemed to be the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City. Before leaving the stage, he gave in to his batchmates’ call for him to show a few dance steps.
The “It’s Showtime” host was also spotted with his longtime partner Maia Azores and their daughter Sarina. He has yet to share his recent milestone on social media, as of this writing, but during the interview by TV Patrol, he said that this milestone is his gift and repayment to his parents for their sacrifices.
