Jane de Leon grateful for mom’s successful surgery: ‘You’re such a strong person, mama’

Jane de Leon heaved a sigh of relief after her mom Marie’s successful wrist surgery, which the actress revealed to be the latter’s eighth time to undergo an operation.
Jane expressed admiration for her mom while showing the latter recovering in the hospital, through the actress’ Instagram page on Friday, March 17.
“I know that it must be difficult especially as this is your 8th surgery (head, heart x4, legs and now your wrist),” Jane addressed her mom. “Every surgery is extra dangerous for you because of your heart problem. Yet here you are fighting for us.”
“The scars on your body made us call you ‘Frankenstein Mom’ to which you just answer with a smile,” she continued. “You’re such a strong person mama and I am proud of you.”
Jane then concluded her post by thanking her fans and fellow celebrities who sent their well-wishes and prayers for Marie.
