Anne Curtis delighted fans after she hinted at an upcoming acting project in 2023, which would mark her return to acting after almost four years.

The actress-TV host revealed this as a response to fan account @acspage’s wish for Curtis’ acting comeback, through her Twitter page on Monday, Dec. 19.

“Mag-drama ka na ulit, please? (Do a drama [project] again, please?) Look at the material,” it tweeted, along with photos of Curtis from her “Magpasikat 2022” performance for the noontime variety show “It’s Showtime.”

“‘Hi Bye, Mama’ feels,” Curtis said, referring to the 2020 South Korean TV series. “But seriously, wait na lang for next year. Ready na me.” (Just wait until next year. I’m ready.)

In a separate post, Curtis also looked back on her role as Celine in the 2006 TV series “Maging Sino Ka Man.”

Curtis’ last major acting project was the 2019 comedy-drama film “M&M: The Mall The Merrier” where she starred alongside comedian Vice Ganda.

Curtis took a break from show business in December 2019, months before she gave birth to her daughter with celebrity chef Erwan Heussaff, Dahlia. The two got married on November 12, 2017 in New Zealand.

The actress returned to “It’s Showtime,” where she serves as one of the hosts, last May. Curtis also staged her comeback concert entitled “LuvANNE” in June. EDV
