WATCH: ‘Drag Den Philippines’ introduces full cast in official trailer

“Drag Den Philippines” has released its official trailer that introduces the eight drag queens who will be competing in its first-ever season.
The trailer features “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alum Manila Luzon and the eight contestants, glammed up in full drag, as seen on the official Twitter page of “Drag Den Philippines” today, Nov. 17.
“DRAG, DEPTH, GORGEOUS! Magpayong ka! Dahil jujulanis morissette ng beauty, wit, and talent dito sa ating underground Baranggayan. Only one will reign as the FIRST-EVER FILIPINO DRAG SUPREME!” it stated.
(Drag, depth, gorgeous! Get an umbrella! Because it will be raining beauty, wit and talent here in our underground village. Only one will reign as the first-ever Filipino drag supreme.)
The eight queens who will be participating in the first season of “Drag Den Philippines” are: O-A, Maria Cristina, Aries Night, Barbie-Q, Shewarma, Pura Luka Vega, NAIA and Lady Gagita.
Online content creator Sassa Gurl will also be appearing as “drag runner,” while beauty queen Nicole Cordoves is the show’s “drag dealer.”

“Drag Den Philippines” was first teased in July last year and it opened auditions a month later in August 2021. The reality competition, which is produced by Project 8 and Cornerstone Studios, will premiere this coming December via Prime Video Philippines. /ra
