John Aniston passes away at 89, daughter Jennifer pays tribute: ‘I’ll love you till the end of time’
“Days of Our Lives” actor John Aniston passed away last Friday, Nov. 11, at the age of 89, his daughter Jennifer Aniston confirmed.
The “Friends” star showed old and recent photos of them together, calling John her “sweet papa” through her Instagram page on Monday, Nov. 14. Jennifer also asked her father to visit her.
While Jennifer did not give details on the cause of death, she noted that John died “without pain.”
“You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew,” she stated. “I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace — and without pain. And on 11/11 no less!”
“You always had perfect timing,” she added. “That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now. I’ll love you till the end of time.”

John’s “Days of Our Lives” family also paid tribute to him via the show’s Twitter page, also on Monday.
“Our hearts are broken over the loss of our beloved family member John Aniston,” it said. “We love you John. Your legend will live on.”

John portrayed Victor Kiriakis in the long-running TV series for nearly four decades, which earned him the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 49th Daytime Emmy Awards held last June.
He was also known for his roles in several TV series including “Search for Tomorrow,” “The West Wing,” “Gilmore Girls” and “Mad Men.” /ra
