Taylor Swift sets new Spotify record for most-streamed album in single day
Taylor Swift did not need 24 hours to break records with her 10th studio album “Midnights,” which already set a new one for being the most-streamed album on Spotify in a single day.
The streaming service announced this milestone while calling it “a real legacy” on its official Twitter page today, Oct. 22 (Oct. 21 in the United States).
“And before the clock could even strike midnight on October 22nd, Taylor Swift broke the record for most-streamed album in a single day in Spotify history. Congratulations, @taylorswift13,” it stated.
Swift marveled over this achievement as she expressed appreciation to her fans on her Twitter page, also today.
“How did I get this lucky, having you guys out here doing something this mind blowing?! Like what even just happened??!?!” she gushed.

While waiting for more releases, Swifties can tune into the singer’s upcoming appearance at “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Oct. 24 (Oct. 25 in the Philippines) and her confirmed guesting at “The Graham Norton Show” on Oct. 28 (Oct. 29 in the Philippines).
