“The Flash” star Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary after allegedly stealing several bottles of alcohol from an empty home.

Police found “probable cause” to charge Miller with felony burglary after an investigation of a complaint from a home in Stamford, Vermont, in the United States, as per a police report last Monday, Aug. 8.

The incident involving the actor allegedly happened in the afternoon last May 1, when Vermont State Police received a burglary complaint at a home in Stamford. Initial findings of the scene indicated that several bottles of alcohol had been taken from the residence while the home owners were not around.

“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling,” the police stated.

Authorities located Miller last Sunday, Aug. 7, and issued the actor a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for arraignment on the burglary charge.

This is the latest incident involving Miller, who has been the subject of misconduct allegations since earlier this year.

The actor was arrested and charged for offenses of disorderly conduct and harassment last March, then arrested again for second-degree assault last April, after allegedly throwing a chair at a woman during a private gathering.

Aside from the arrests, a temporary restraining order was also filed against Miller by a Hawaii couple after the actor allegedly burst into their bedroom and threatened them. However, the petition was eventually dropped and dismissed by a judge per the couple’s request.

Miller is known for playing The Flash in the 2017 movie “Justice League.” Despite controversies, the actor is still set to reprise the role in a standalone “The Flash” film in June 2023. Miller also stars in the film “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore,” which was released earlier this year.  /ra
