James Reid is truly living life in Los Angeles as he suited up for the Oscars viewing party hosted by British singer Elton John yesterday, March 28 (Philippine time).
The actor-singer can be seen looking dapper and all groomed up for the party, as seen on Hollywood makeup artist Tammy Yi’s Instagram page yesterday. Reid attended the event with DJ Arthur Tan, with whom he has collaborated through his label Careless Music.
“Double Trouble. [James Reid and Arthur Tan] attending [Elton] John party #grooming by @tammyyi @exclusiveartists #oscarparty,” Yi said.
Yi also showed Reid walking the red carpet for the Academy Awards viewing party, where he donned a black suit and tie.
Celebrities also at John’s Oscars party were Lady Gaga, Chris Pine, Demi Lovato, Heidi Klum, Liam Payne, Saweetie and Troye Sivan.
The said Oscars viewing party supports the efforts of the Elton John AIDS Foundation to challenge discrimination, prevent infections and provide treatments for those with AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), as per a release by the foundation.

Reid flew to Los Angeles last month for recording sessions and a visit to his family. His label Transparent Arts is also based in the city.
Earlier this month, the actor released the song “Hello 2.0,” a collaboration with GOT7’s Jay B and Taiwanese-American rapper ØZI. He also gave a glimpse of his life in L.A. so far, last March 10, after a few weeks of staying there. /ra
