Miss Universe Philippines candidate Celeste Cortesi of Pasay claimed the top spot of the beauty pageant’s casting video challenge.

Cortesi was named the top contender in the said challenge by the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) organization on its Facebook page yesterday, March 28. Other candidates who made it to the top three were Michelle Dee of Makati and Annabelle Mae Mcdonnell of Misamis Oriental.

“These #UniquelyBeautiful ladies have captivated the Universe in the #MUPH2022CastingVideoChallenge! Congratulations, ladies!” it said.

Cortesi, the Miss Earth Philippines 2018 titleholder, also made it to the top three of the pageant’s swimsuit challenge together with Dee, the Miss World Philippines 2019 titleholder. Ma. Katrina Llegado of Taguig City claimed the top spot of the said challenge.

MUPH also previously announced the top winners for other challenges: Mandaue City’s Isabel Luche for the headshot challenge and Baguio’s Ghenesis Latugat for the fashion and runway challenge.
