Chesca Garcia, Doug Kramer go through IVF for last time after three failed attempts
Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer disclosed that they’re having their final try at having a fourth baby through in vitro fertilization (IVF), after three failed attempts since 2019.
The couple talked about their journey of having an additional member to their family in an exclusive interview with actress-TV host Toni Gonzaga, on her YouTube channel last Sunday, Feb. 27.
“A lot don’t know and we haven’t said this enough, we’ve gone through three failed IVFs already, post-Gavin. She’s been ligated for medical reasons before but we went through three failed IVFs and right now we’re on our fourth,” Kramer said, to which Garcia added, “And our last.”
Kramer then expressed his appreciation to his wife, adding that they are hopeful and looking forward to this time’s IVF results.
“I appreciate my wife so much because it’s hard to have that kind of failure and thinking that it’s your fault but still she continues to try the second, third and then the fourth,” he stated. “All our household, our kids, we’re all praying intently. We’re really trusting God for whatever unfolds this next few months.”

We stay faithful to each other. We never play with fire, in other words, temptation,” Kramer added. “We never fought and lasted it more than a day. For me, that’s also a big help.”
Kramer and Garcia have been married for 13 years and got three children together, namely Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin. Kendra has recently caught the eye of netizens for her looks and resemblance to Miss Universe winner Catriona Gray, with them calling on the child to consider joining beauty pageants in the future.
