Camille Prats assures she’s at her ‘healthiest’ amid weight loss
Camille Prats clarified that she does not see anything wrong with the current condition of her body, amid mixed reactions to the drop in her weight.
The actress-TV host addressed the comments recently by showing a photo of herself through her Facebook page on Saturday, June 12. She can be seen wearing a pink fitting strappy dress which displayed her arms, neck and chest.

Prats later commented on the said photos. She acknowledged that some netizens were not pleased about her weight loss, but assured them that she is at her “healthiest.”

I know I cannot please all of you, but I don’t see anything wrong with my body,” she stated. Prats apologized to those who were not pleased with her fitness journey, but stressed that she only wants to be healthy and strong.

Prats received words of encouragement from fans, with one Janet Enriquez pointing out that netizens might take some time to get used to the actress’ new look: “[People] are used to seeing you a little chubbier. But as long as you say you’re ok and healthy and you’re happy with your body right now, go for it!”
Another netizen, Ann Almadin, also noted that it is not easy to lose weight so Prats should consider her health and confidence as her priority.
“There’s nothing wrong with your body. I actually admire [you] because I know it’s not easy to lose weight. Just let them be. The most important thing [is] you are more healthy, confident and sexy,” she said.
Prats talked about her fitness journey with her husband VJ Yambao and how she adapted new habits to be healthier amid the pandemic, through a YouTube vlog last April. She explained that she has been doing circuit training for over a year and has adjusted her diet to practice intermittent fasting. JB
