Ben&Ben has announced that it will be releasing a “reimagined” version of their hit song “Leaves,” in collaboration with Young K of the K-pop band Day6.
The folk pop band revealed that they worked with the Day6 bassist by showing a photo of the song’s cover art on their Twitter account yesterday, May 26.
“Ben&Ben feat. Young K,” the band said, stating the track’s title and showing art similar to that of the 2017 version’s cover art.
“We reimagined ‘Leaves’ this year with a surprise collaboration from an artist we really love, Young K from the band Day6,” Ben&Ben added. The single will drop tomorrow, May 28.
“In these times, the message that ‘all will be alright in time’ is more relevant than ever, all over the world. We hope you like it!” they added.

This is not the first time the OPM band will be making their mark with a South Korean audience, after they represented the Philippines in the ROUND 2020 Music Festival last Dec. 6.
Ben&Ben recently released their new songs “Upuan” and “Magpahinga” in celebration of their fourth anniversary this month. The band, known for the hit songs “Lifetime” and “Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay,” among others, is set to launch a new album in the coming months. JB
