Maja Salvador admits selling gifts from exes: ‘Nagiging charity, pang-travel ko’

When Maja Salvador cuts ties, it is a clean break.
This means not only letting go of a boyfriend but also the gifts she was given, she revealed on Star Magic Lounge hosted by Robi Domingo on Saturday, Oct. 10.
Both she and boyfriend Rambo Nuñez were guests on the online show. The two have a special relationship, as they broke up years ago and rekindled their romance in 2019.
Both looked back on the first gift that Nuñez gave her, which was no less than a desktop computer. When asked what happened to it, the “Killer Bride” star candidly said, “Binenta ko (I sold it).”
“Alam mo, lahat ng mga regalo ng ex ko, binebenta ko. Walang natitira sa akin kasi ayoko ng memories,” Salvador explained.
(You know what, I sell all the gifts my exes give me. I leave nothing with me because I do not want the memories.)
“Pero nagiging charity naman. Iyong iba doon, iyon iyong pang-travel ko,” she quipped.
(But I use [the funds] for charity. The others are for my travels.)
Salvador’s previous relationships include Gerald Anderson and Matteo Guidicelli.
It appears the actress is more than happy with dating someone outside of showbiz, and that thoughtfulness comes with the gifts Nuñez gives.
“In fairness naman dito, iyong may gift na, may mahabang message pa,” she said. “Nakikita n’yo naman iyong mga caption niya sa mga Instagram posts niya, ‘di ba? Pero in real life, mas mahahaba pa ‘yun. Pa-‘MMK’ na.”
