Billy Crawford to host local adaptation of ‘The Masked Singer’
Billy Crawford is set to host the Philippine adaptation of the South Korean show “King of Mask Singer,” which has also been adapted in Europe and the United States as “The Masked Singer.”
The renowned host will start his new gig this October via TV5, as announced by the network and Crawford himself on their respective social media pages.
“Get ready, cause here we go! October 24 7:00pm See you all soon!” Crawford posted on Instagram earlier today, Sept. 29.

The Philippine adaptation has been aptly titled “Masked Singer Pilipinas.” Aga Muhlach, Kim Molina, Matteo Guidicelli and Cristine Reyes have been tapped as its judges.

Article continues after this advertisementCrawford’s wife, Coleen Garcia, meanwhile, sent her well-wishes to her partner through the post’s comments section, saying, “Congraaats my love [heart emoji] Always proud of you.”
Fellow celebrities and friends likewise wished Crawford good luck in his new job. For one, KC Montero commented that Crawford is “gonna be busy!”
“Good luck kuys,” fellow host and friend Vhong Navarro, meanwhile, said.
“Congrats bro!!! Mamimiss kita… yung mga tawanan natin… naglalaro paa natin sa ilalim ng mesa…. pasulyap sulyap na tingin… nag bubblebath tayo na walang bula… bigote sa batok ko hihihihi mwah,” Luis Manzano jested.
Crawford and Garcia earlier this month welcomed their first child, Amari. They tied the knot in April 2018. /ra
