MANILA, Philippines — Talent manager Lolit Solis on Friday apologized to actress Heaven Peralejo for claiming that the latter asked for financial assistance from the family of her ex-boyfriend Jimuel Pacquiao.

Solis, in an earlier Instagram post, claimed Peralejo approached boxing champ and Senator Manny Pacquiao for help. She also claimed Jinkee Pacquiao gave the young actress P100,000 as financial assistance.

“Nag text si mama Jinkee Pacquiao na hindi daw tutoo iyon balitang iyon, so tanggap ko na mali nga ang mga balita,” Solis said.

Solis said Peralejo’s manager Ogie Diaz also reached out to her to dispel her claims.

“Sa nagawa ko, SORRY, at ewan ko kung bakit malaking issue ang 100K na kung iisipin ay barya lang sa mga involved. So SORRY Heaven , at mommy, sana hindi maging HELL ang buhay ko dahil sa 100K na iyan,” she said.

(Sorry for what I did. I don’t know why P100k is a big issue because when you think about it, it’s a small amount to those involved. Sorry Heaven, mommy, I hope this won’t make my life hell because that P100k.)

Peralejo’s ex-boyfriend Jimuel himself shut down rumors that the actress asked for money from their family.

“I would like to clarify that the issue posted by Lolit Solis and [Fashion Pulis] about Heaven is false. There was no money given and there was no communication,” he said.

Peralejo denied the claims and even thanked the Pacquiao family for defending her.

“I’ll get straight to the point. I didn’t ask anyone for money… Thank you to Jim and his family. I appreciate your efforts to stand with me,” the actress said.
