Alessandra de Rossi gives online sellers much-needed push: ‘IG ko mukhang tindahan’

Alessandra De Rossi is receiving well-earned praise for promoting the products of small business owners for free.
De Rossi, who has been featuring online sellers on her Instagram account, told her fans that she was moved after one of those whom she helped lauded her for her good deeds.
“Wala akong matweet na fun dahil pandemic. Yung IG ko mukhang tindahan, makatulong lang sa online sellers,” she said on Twitter on July 29. “Kanina may tinulungan ako kahit pabankrupt nako, sabi nya, ‘Alex, hulog ka ng langit.'”
(I cannot tweet anything fun because of the pandemic. My Instagram looks like a shop, just to help online sellers. Earlier, I helped someone even though I myself am close to being bankrupt. He/she said, “Alex, you are heaven-sent.”)
“Di ko naman inexpect pero napangiti nya ako. Hindi yun mapapalitan ng mga lait nyo sakin (I did not really expect that, but that person made me smile. That can never be topped by the insults you hurl at me),” De Rossi said

Other fans have also commended the actress for her actions. For one, Twitter user @frellienky replied to De Rossi’s tweet, “ms alle. [heart emoji] Kahit feel mo na pabankrupt [ka na] (Even if you think you are going bankrupt) God will Always Make sure na (that) [you will] still be blessed.”
“[You are] a good person [kaya] di ka pababayaan ni Lord (so the Lord will never leave you) [I’ll] pray for u po maam,” the fan added.

De Rossi has been standing up for director Joyce Bernal after the latter took the helm of the latest SONA, for which she was bashed over its being a “flop” and accused of wasting millions of pesos. /ra
