“Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least (three times) a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this,” she recalled.

The actress exceeded her former goal and ended up exercising almost every day. Bernardo also assured aspiring fitness enthusiasts that they only need to find the right routine for them and they will enjoy the process.

The “Got to Believe” star recently marked her 8th anniversary with her boyfriend and fellow actor, Daniel Padilla. Due to the pandemic, the couple kept the celebration simple by spending some quality time and painting a cherry blossom mural.
