Actress Kathryn Bernardo has revealed her workout routine while in quarantine, in the hopes of motivating others to follow suit.

Bernardo said she is taking online workout classes to keep her body healthy during the COVID-19 crisis. The actress flaunted her fit physique via Instagram yesterday, June 2.

“Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least (three times) a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this,” she recalled.

The actress exceeded her former goal and ended up exercising almost every day. Bernardo also assured aspiring fitness enthusiasts that they only need to find the right routine for them and they will enjoy the process.

“Tip: Start with (15 minutes) per day first and adjust it from there based on what your body can handle!” she shared. Bernardo also recommended free ab and full-body workouts on YouTube for reference.

The “Got to Believe” star recently marked her 8th anniversary with her boyfriend and fellow actor, Daniel Padilla. Due to the pandemic, the couple kept the celebration simple by spending some quality time and painting a cherry blossom mural.

The actress had also been helping with COVID-19 relief efforts in the country. She also expressed how proud she is of her older sister who works in the United Kingdom as a nurse. JB
