Kris Aquino takes time to relax on the beach: ‘The sea has been beneficial for my health’

Actress and TV host Kris Aquino took some time away from the city to enjoy the fresh air and the clear saltwater of Boracay.
Realizing how beneficial the sea air is to her health, Aquino asked her fans for beach recommendations in the Luzon area on her Instagram account yesterday, March 5. The Queen of All Media basked in the sun while sitting on the edge of the shore. Aquino sported a black one-piece designer swimsuit, which she shared was at least eight years old.
“Can you please recommend a good beach area in Luzon—whether a resort or homes that are now accredited [Airbnbs] for longer stays? preferably in Bataan? Zambales? or nearby Pangasinan?” she said. “The sea air and being in the clean, [saltwater] has been so beneficial for my health.”
Aquino faced Boracay’s crashing waves with a smile as she attached several quotes about “recovery” with her beach photos.

Kris’s two sons, Bimb and Josh Aquino, were with her in the trip. The trio took a dip in the sea while Kris’ youngest son playfully splashed water at his mom and his older brother, as seen in her Instagram post last Wednesday, March 4.
“[Being] on the beach, playing in the water wasn’t something [I’d] do [with] them before ([I] preferred to be in a lounge chair, reading), until [I] realized it’s not too late to be a ‘fun’ mama,” the actress said.

The TV host also declared herself the “oldest member” of the South Korean boy band BTS’ Army, after choosing her favorite song from the “Map of the Soul: 7” album, “We Are Bulletproof: the Eternal,” to accompany her video. /ra
