WATCH: Xian Lim releases teaser of directorial debut ‘Tabon’

The teaser trailer of Xian Lim’s first film was shared by the actor to his fans and followers last Saturday, June 22.

“We poured our heart, mind, body and spirit in this project. Literal na dugo at pawis ang binigay ng lahat ng staff, artist and everyone involved in this film,” the Lim said via Instagram, where he released the teaser.

“Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nag tiwala,” he added.

The 15-second video features a man holding another man at gunpoint in a dimly lit room and ends with a different man bloodied on a chair saying, “Kilala mo kung sino sila?”.

The film is a psychological thriller entitled “Tabon” and stars Christopher Roxas, Leon Miguel, Benjie Felipe and Lao Rodriguez. It is produced by XL8 productions.

Aside from helming the film, Lim also revealed last Feb. 11 that he co-wrote the script of the project.

The film is slated to be part of this year’s Cinemelaya film festival, scheduled to run from Aug. 2 to 11. JB
