WATCH: Dawn Zulueta, Michael V in trailer for ‘Family History’ film

“Family History” officially released its trailer last Sunday, June 16, to reveal more details about the family-centered film written and directed by Michael V.

Aside from helming the project, the actor-comedian also stars in it alongside actress Dawn Zulueta.

The trailer shows Zulueta and Michael V as a married couple facing doubts about their love life. In a report by Inquirer last April 15, Michael V revealed that the film centers “on a family, a problematic relationship and a disease, and how it affects everyone” and that it is a cross of comedy and drama.

The film also stars Miguel Tanfelix as the son of Michael V and Zulueta’s characters, Bianca Umali, Ina Fileo, Paolo Contis and Kakai Bautista.

Veteran actors Dingdong Dantes and Eugene Domingo will make cameos in the film.

The film is slated to premiere on July 24 and is the directorial debut of Michael V.  /ra
