Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards to star in Cathy Garcia-Molina film

MANILA, Philippines — Artists from rival networks, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, will be starring in a film directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, Star Cinema announced Tuesday.

“So stoked!!!! Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina’s upcoming film will star Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards! #KathrynAldenMovie2019,” Star Cinema wrote on Twitter.

Photos of the story conference for the upcoming movie showed the two stars with their director.

This would be the first time that Richards will be working with Garcia-Molina.

Bernardo, on the other hand, has worked with the director for several of her television series and films with on-screen and real life beau Daniel Padilla, namely “Got to Believe,” “She’s Dating the Gangster,” and “The Hows of Us,” among others. /kga
