‘Born Beautiful’ gets R-18 rating; uncensored version showing on Jan. 18

MANILA, Philippines — “Born Beautiful” will have a one time screening of its uncensored version on January 18, 2019 after it received an R-18 rating from the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).

“BORN BEAUTIFUL is rated R-18 with cuts by the MTRCB,” the film’s lead actor Martin Del Rosario said in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

He added: “But before we open in the cinemas on January 23, we will show the full UNCENSORED VERSION for ONE SCREENING ONLY at the UP Cine Adarna on January 18, Friday at 7pm!”
